Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some common (and not-so-common) questions that we have received. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We have a two-day pick, cut, and package estimate programmed into our store's lead time. We often beat that estimate and ship things the same day they are ordered.

The rest of the timeline is based on the shipping speed you select at checkout. You'll receive a delivery date estimate during your checkout, as well as email updates when items are on their way with tracking. 

Do I need to quote my order? 

No! We've done away with quotes. Simply add the amount of cable or accessory you want to order to your cart, checkout, and you're done. No purchase orders, no invoices, nada, zip. 

What if I'm ordering a lot of cable? 

We consider "a lot" of cable anything more than 50ft. Please send us a message if you're placing a "big" order and we'll do our best to get you the best pricing and shipping. 

Can you guys attach connectors on the ends? 

We understand that once you've got your cable, you probably want to connect it to something. If you already know what connector you need, send us a message with the details. We can even source and attach your specific connector and send you the completed cable assembly for an additional fee. No expensive tools to buy or learning curve on how to use them!

What if the item I'm looking for isn't on your product list? 

We've tried to pre-select the best products for your EV projects, but we obviously don't carry everything. If there is something specific you need for your EV project that we don't currently stock, send us a message and tell us about it. Let us know how much you need and why your current sources aren't cutting the mustard (or cable), and we'll do our best to help out. 

What if the item I'm looking for is out of stock? 

We're always trying to balance stock levels with current demand, but you may catch us at a time when we've run out of a particular size of cable or only have a small length left. If this is the case, please send us a message with what you need and we'll reply with options to keep your project on track. In many instances, our suppliers can get us restocked in as little as a week.

Also be sure to check our backorders page for incoming product. We do our best to show in-stock dates for our backordered products on our product details pages as well.
